CLEVELAND -- Cleveland authorities are investigating a disturbing case of animal cruelty.
Three dogs were tied to railroad tracks last Friday night as a train was heading their way. Two of the dogs were killed. A third smaller dog survived by hunching down when the train came.
A railroad worker says from a distance he saw the dogs being tied to the tracks and that someone appeared to bhe taking photographs or video of it. But by the time he got there, the train had passed and the man was gone.
The dog that survived is expected to make a full recovery.
