Chrysler is now accepting online applications as the company looks to fill over 1,100 hourly positions at the Toledo North Assembly Complex.

According to the Toledo Blade the starting pay is $15.78 per hour.

The company said in Novemeber that it would spend $500 million to aid in job creation.  Since then, it's been a waiting game for thousands of people looking to apply. The positions will spilt workers up into two groups.

The first will be a smaller returning shift, likely to start in February and the new second larger shift will start in July.

Applications are only being accepting at www.chryslercareers.com.  

Chrysler officials aren't sure how long the application process will remain open and say experience is not required.
