SYLVANIA TWP. -- Sylvania Township residents don't have to boil water anymore.

The Lucas County Sanitary Engineer has lifted a water boil advisory for the area north of Central Avenue near Holland Sylvania. The water is now safe to drink without boiling.

The advisory was put into place Monday night while maintenance crews did some work in the area.

Sylvania Township residents can reach the Lucas County Sanitary Engineer's office at 419-213-2926 if they run into any problems or have any questions.
