Sandusky man says he didn't kill toddler

SANDUSKY -- A Sandusky man accused of murdering a 3 year old boy that he was babysitting has pleaded not guilty.

24-year-old Michael Wilner is charged with murder, child endangering and felonious assault.

Police say Milner caused the fatal injuries to 3 year old Owen Baker on July 30.

They say Milner was watching the toddler while his mother was at work.
