Not only are gamblers cashing in at Ohio's new casinos in Toledo and Cleveland--Ohio counties are seeing green as well. The first checks from casino revenues have been sent out to local governments.

Lucas County and Toledo each received checks of more than $192,000. Most of the money is expected to go into general funds for both the city and county.

Wood County received a check of more than $110,000. The county says the money will go into the engineer's road and bridge fund for road repairs.

Hancock County got more than $65,000, which will also go into a general fund.

According to the Ohio Casino Control Commission, Hollywood Casino Toledo generated more than $235 million in the month of June alone.
