The Ottawa Hill Police Department is searching for the man shown in the above video surveillance stills.

According to Detective Carl Reuther, the man went on a Target shopping spree and bought items at an area gas station with a credit card that did not belong to him. He is also a suspect in a burglary that occurred last month.
