Cooling center opens in Springfield Twp. following storms

The American Red Cross opened an emergency shelter at 8pm on Thursday evening to accommodate people affected by the severe weather in Lucas County.

The shelter is located at the Springfield Township Administrative Hall at 7617 Angola Rd.
