TOLEDO -- There's a new chapter developing in the on-going fight over one of Toledo's most iconic restaurants.
One of the former owners of Tony Packo's has sued the restaurant chain, its new owners and members of his family.
Robin Horvath claims he was wrongly terminated in violation of the Whistleblower Act.
In the lawsuit, Horvath says he was fired after 30 years with the company when he reported financial indiscretions by Tony Packo, III and Cathleen Dooley.
Both of them were later indicted on charges they stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from the company. They are currently awaiting trial.
In February, Tony Packo's was sold to businessman Bob Bennett.
