Glass City Violence Outbreak: 3 shootings, 2 dead

TOLEDO -- Three separate shootings injured four and killed two in the span of a few hours on Wednesday morning.

Right before four people were taken to the hospital following a shooting at a North Toledo gentleman's club around 2 a.m., a man was found shot in the back in front of 346 Mettler St. The victim, Antwoine Huggins, died later at an area hospital.

Police report the shooting as a homicide and say they do not have a suspect at this time.

At 3:30 a.m., another victim with a gunshot wound to the chest was found near the intersection of Collingwood Boulevard and West Bancroft Street. The victim, Omar Braswell, died shortly after he was transported to an area hospital.

Police say they have no suspects to report at this time.
