TOLEDO -- New details about the baby found in an East Toledo freezer in April.
The Lucas County Coroner Tuesday ruled the newborn's death is a homicide.
The coroner says the baby boy was strangled and then submerged in water before it died.
The final ruling also shows that 20-year-old Kenisha Pruitt and 18-year-old Antonio Cervantes were the baby's parents.
Pruitt is charged with aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence. Her Trial begins in august and she's locked up in the Lucas County Jail on a nearly $2 million bond.
Cervantes has been charged in Toledo court with murder but not indicted by a Lucas County grand jury.
