TOLEDO -- The Toledo Police Department is now accepting applications for this season's Safe-T-City classes.

The free safety program for children entering kindergarten teaches kids about pedestrian, bike, bus, fire and water safety.

The classes are taught indoors and outdoors on a miniature city with streets, traffic lights and stop signs.

Safe-T-city Classes begin June 25.

The following sessions are available: June 25 to July 6 (no classes July 1 and July 4), July 9 to July 18, and July 23 to Aug. 1. Morning and afternoon classes are offered.
