One man is dead after an early morning accident on Township Road 56.

Jeffrey Kinn, 50, of Alvada was pronounced dead on the scene after his Chevy Silverado went off the roadway over turned and hit a utility pole.

The accident happened at about 3:30 a.m. in Big Springs Township just west of US 23.

Kinn was partially ejected from the vehicle. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol he was not wearing his seatbelt. The crash is still under investigation.
