Another shooting where Toledo man was killed in April

TOLEDO -- Toledo police are investigating a shooting at a gas station where a Toledo man was murdered in April.

Investigators say 22-year-old Darryl Merriweather was shot this morning at the Valero Gas Station on Monroe Street. They believe Merriweather was not the intended target.

So far, police have no suspects.

This is the same location where 25-year-old Torian Tall was shot and killed April 15.
