TOLEDO -- The end is near for the Toledo built Jeep Liberty.  And that's costing some workers at local supplier plants their jobs.

Chrysler says it will stop building the Liberty SUV on August 16.

The decision to cut the Jeep Liberty model means two supplier plants will each cut about 40 jobs because they were not awarded work for the Liberty replacement.

But the local UAW says other supplier plants will add workers when the Toledo North Assembly Plant begins producting the next model in 2013.
