HOUSTON -- A Houston woman is facing serious charges that won't lead to any Mother of the Year awards.

Police say they found a pregnant Stephanie Santana passed out in the parking lot of a tattoo parlor.

Inside the car were beer bottles, drugs and her one year old daughter, sleeping unrestrained in a car seat.

Investigators say the tattoo parlor turned Santana away because she was drunk and they saw her child alone in the car.

Santana, who is already on probation, is now charged with DUI, child endangerment and drug possession.  The child was not hurt.
