TOLEDO -- Another Northwest Ohio community is considering pulling out of TARTA.

The Toledo Blade is reporting that Maumee wants to opt out of the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority, just like Perrysburg did a few months ago.

Maumee City Council members are reportedly beginning the process of learning how to stop TARTA services and look for other options.

Maumee city leaders and TARTA leaders met Tuesday but no final decision has been made.
