MAUMEE -- Earlier this week the so-called 'Suitcase Six" went home with their new owners, so WNWO set out to find the Toledo Area Humane Society’s (TAHS) up and coming adoptees.
TAHS received hundred of calls about the 'Suitcase 6' and 132 applications to take them home.
Since only a handful were selected, TAHS officials are hoping that applicants will be interested in taking home the other dogs and cats they still have available.
The Toledo Area Humane Soceity has adoption hours from 11 am to 7 pm from Tuesday - Friday and from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
