TOLEDO -- Ohio's new vicious dog law takes effect Tuesday, ending a 25-year-old law that labeled all pit bulls as inherently vicious.

Instead the new law, treats pit bulls like any other type of dog and won't be labeled dangerous or vicious until they hurt someone.

This new law changes comes less than a week after an infant girl was mauled to death by a pit bull mix in Allen County.

Do you agree with the new vicious dog law or do you think it will lead to more dog attacks?  Post your comments below or on WNWO's Facebook Fanpage.
