WEST TOLEDO -- The West Toledo Branch of the Lucas County Library looked like a scene straight from Star Wars.
Children dressed in their favorite Star Wars themed costumes as the library celebrated the 35th anniversary of the iconic film with fun filled games, food and intergalactic activities.
Jean Ann Kirwin of the Lucas County Library says that children not only love the movie, but they love reading the books.
“We try to read them were they are” Kirwin said. “It’s pretty popular and we like to tie the popular themes to our library events.”
