TOLEDO -- One suspect accused of holding a gun to an employee's head and robbing Josephs Beverage Center was arraigned in Toledo Municipal Court on Monday.

Matthew Adams, 33, is charged with aggravated robbery and kidnapping following the incident on Sunday.

According to the court affidavit, Adams and an alleged accomplice, Gerado Gonzalez, entered the establishment with a weapon, demanding money from a safe.

The suspects then took the victim's cell phone and placed him inside a walk-in cooler.

Adams fled with an undetermined amount of cash.

Gonzalez, 29, is also charged with aggravated robbery and kidnapping but has not been arrested.

Adams' bond was set at $200,000 and he is currently booked at the Lucas County jail.
