FREMONT -- Following an investigation into the January Ohio Turnpike crash that killed one maintenance worker, the Sandusky County prosecutor told the Fremont News-Messenger that his office is considering pressing charges.
On Jan. 24, a tractor-trailer veered into a work zone on the Turnpike, killing worker John Fletcher and seriously injuring two others. The truck was driven by Edward Mills, 53.
According to the newspaper, the charges could range from misdemeanors to felony aggravated vehicular homicide.
The prosecutor's office could know by April how they will move forward with the case.
