In a pre-trial hearing on Monday, the 14-year-old charged with negligent homicide for the shooting death of a Wauseon teen admitted the charges were "true."

Fulton County Juvenile Court Judge Michael Bumb's office confirmed that Felipe Villanueva admitted the charges. Juveniles cannot plead guilty in their court system.

A dispositional hearing is set for April 12 where Villanueva will learn his sentence.

Michael Schwartz, 13, was shot and killed at a house on Howard Avenue on March 14. A 35-year-old man who lives at the home is also facing charges of negligent homicide.
