No public allowed at trial of teen accused of accidentally killing friend

WAUSEON -- A Fulton County judge has ruled that the trial of a Wauseon teenager accused of accidentally shooting and killing a friend will be closed to the public.

The judge is allowing the media to cover the court proceedings but no video or pictures can be taken,

14-year-old Felipe Villanueva is charged negligent homicide for the shooting death of 13-year-old Michael Schwartz.

Schwartz was killed at a house on Howard Avenue on March 14.

A 35-year-old man who lives at the home is also facing charges of negligent homicide.
