TOLEDO -- Columbia Gas of Ohio wants the public's input for their new improvement plan in Toledo.

The utility company wants to spend $2.5 million to upgrade about 28,500 feet of natural gas pipeline in the Collingwood Boulevard area.

A public meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Monday at the Kent Branch Library at 3101 Collingwood.
