TOLEDO -- New details about the Wauseon teenager accused of shooting and killing another teenager.

14-year-old Felipe Villanueva, Jr. was arraigned today in Fulton County juvenile court.

He's facing a misdemeanor count of delinquency in connection with negligent homicide for Wednesday's shooting death of 13-year-old Michael Schwartz.

Authorities say the suspect, the victim and a third boy were at a home on Howard Avenue before school when the accidental shooting happened.

If convicted, Villanueva could get up to 90 days in a juvenile facility, a loss of driving privileges for four years and a $250 fine.

He's due back in court March 21.
