Toledo teen charged with murder to be tried as an adult

TOLEDO -- A 16-year-old Toledo boy who is accused of murder will be tried as an adult.

Jacob Rodriguez is one of two suspects charged with the January slaying of 23-year-old Rory Hunter.

The victim was found dead in an East Toledo field.  Todriguez is being held in the Lucas County Jail.

Also charged in the case, 18-year-old Devon Daly.
