TOLEDO -- Toledo police are investigating a drive-by shooting that happened across the street from Martin Luther King Junior Elementary School in Central Toledo
According to the Toledo Blade, the victims were standing near a fence when they were shot just after 5pm. Their injuries are not life threatening.
Even though it happened after school hours, WNWO's crews that were on the scene say there were kids inside the school and the school was put in lockdown for a short time.
Parents were eventually able to take their children home.
