HOUSTON -- Another teacher has been accused of having sex with a student.,

This time a middle school teacher in Houston was caught in the act by the student's younger brother.

28-year-old Kathryn Murray was arrested last Thursday and charged with sexual assault of a child.

She's been fired from her job as an eighth grade teacher at Memorial Middle School.

According to the affidavit, the 15-year-old student invited Murray to his home on February 11, while his parents were out of town.

The teen was at home with his 12-year-old brother.

Sometime after midnight, the younger boy told police he went into his brother's bedroom to check on him when he spotted his brother in bed with the teacher..

The younger brother also told police he saw a bra and used condom on the floor.

When asked by investigators about the incident, the teen told police he did have sex with Murray in his bedroom and that he was in love with her.
