HAMILTON CO., OH -- A Cincinnati area man is behind bars, accused of beating his girlfriend so severely that one of her breast implants exploded.

Hamilton County authorities say 60-year-old Samuel Cole punched and choked the 52-year-old woman during an argument Sunday morning.

They say he also stomped on the woman so hard that the implant in her left breast exploded.

Investigators say Cole then took the victim to the hospital and threatened her life if she told anyone what happened.

Hospital staff called police who then arrested Cole.
