TOLEDO -- The suspect accused of shooting a man three times in North Toledo was arraigned on charges of felonious assault on Tuesday morning.

In lieu of a $250,000 bond, 20-year-old Kiron Renfroe will remain at the Lucas County jail.

Investigators say Renfroe shot 32-year-old Duron Bell in the chest, arm and ear near the intersection of Stickney and Bronson avenues on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Ohio Attorney General's website, Renfroe is living as a registered sex offender in Toledo after a 2011 conviction for sexual battery.
