Toledo Fire Dispatch has confirmed a hazardous material crew responded to the intersection of Castle Boulevard and North Detroit Avenue early Tuesday morning.

Police told WNWO that multiple suspects are now in custody after officers found chemicals inside a four-door vehicle during a routine traffic stop. Hazmat crews are bringing in a tent to collect the chemicals from the mobile meth lab.

North Detroit Avenue from Parkwood to West Central will remain closed until the investigation is complete.

This is a developing story, stay tuned for updates and traffic alerts.
