TOLEDO -- The City of Toledo has been granted a temporary restraining order to shut down Mugshots Bar and Grill in North Toledo. This follows a weekend shooting that left six people wounded.

The bar at the corner of Summit and Lagrange was closed for business Tuesday as a result of the court ruling.,

Meanwhile, the two Toledo men accused of opening fire outside Mugshits faced a judge for the first time Tuesday morning.

20-year-old Rhaymoun Villolovos and 22-year-old Richard Villolovous were arraigned on five counts of felonious assault each.

Police say they got into a fight at Mugshots just after midnight Monday.

They say the brothers were thrown out of the bar but returned with guns and started firing on people leaving mugshots.

six people were wounded, non-life threatening.
