TOLEDO -- Over the course of three hours Sunday night into early Monday morning, 9 people were shot in two separate incidents.

As of Monday evening, the three people wounded during a shooting incident at a house on Woodland Avenue in Central Toledo are still in the hospital listed in serious condition.

Three hours after the 9 p.m. shooting in Central Toledo, 6 people were shot oustide the Mugshots bar in North Toledo. Toledo Police Sgt. Joe Heffernen says the Mugshots victims escaped serious injuries.

"Thankfully those injuries are said to be non-life threatening, so that is something to be thankful for," Sgt. Heffernen said.

Police arrested brothers Rhaymoun Villolovos and Richard Villolovos and charged them each with five counts of felonious assault. Authorities say the brothers were kicked out of Mugshots after arguing with other bar patrons.

The pair reportedly went to their car to get guns and opened fire as people left the establishment. Sgt. Heffernen explained the bizarre circumstances surrounding the arrest of the Villolovos brothers.

"Well what ended up happening was that an associate of the brothers was wounded in the gunfire and so they went to the hospital to check on his condition and that is how the police caught up with them," Sgt. Heffernen said.

Police do not have any suspects in the Woodland Avenue shooting.  Anyone with information should call Crimestopper at 419-255-1111.
