TOLEDO -- A 10-year-old Toledo Public Schools student is facing possible expulsion after police say he threatened two classmates with a BB gun.

The 3rd grader at Birmingham Elementary School in East Toledo reportedly brought the gun to school wednesday morning where police say he pulled it out of his backpack and threatened the other students.

He's been charged with making threats and menacing.

The findings of an expulsion hearing should be made public Monday.
