Judge sets trial date in Tony Packo's theft case

TOLEDO -- A trial date has been set for Tony Packo's grandson and the companay's controller who are accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the iconic hot dog restaurant.

Tony Packo,III and Cathleen Dooley will stand trial on June 18.

Each are facing three theft charges in connection to more than $150,000 that was stolen from Tony Packo's Inc.  Both have pleaded not guilty.

This comes as the sale of the family run business moves forward.
