GRAND FORKS, ND -- One North Dakota mother will not be winning any mother of the year awards anytime soon.

Last week 20-year-old Kaitlyn Campbell was pulled over by Grand Forks Police.

Officers noticed a strong odor of pot coming from the car, and as they were questioning Campbell and the passenger, Campbell's four year old daughter told police exaclty who was smoking pot.

According to the police report, the little girl told officers that the glass pipe in the back seat was her mommy's and that her "Mommy smokes weed all the time".

The pipe was found right next to the girl and her one year old brother who were both in the back seat.

Campbell was arrested on felony child endangerment charges as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.

The passenger was hit with the same charges.
