WOOD COUNTY -- A Rossford businesswoman is now charged with aggravated arson and insurance fraud.

Authorities say the charges stem from a fire at her Patricia Groves' business, Downey's Daisy Home Services on Dixie Highway, on December 20th.

Officials say the blaze was contained to a back room, used for storage, and the rest of the structure sustained smoke damage.

No injuries were reported in the fire.

The 56-year-old is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

Groves is due back in court on February 2nd.
