TOLEDO -- The deal to sell Toledo's famous hot dog restaurant chain, Tony Packo's has been revived.

Restaurant group Bennett Management told a judge Thursday that they are ready to get back to the table to buy Tony Packo's.  Bob Bennett says he hopes to finalize the deal within the next month.

Vennett's initial deal to buy Tony Packo's fell through last month after he said fifth third bank tried to change terms of the loan agreement at closing.,

The future of the family owned business has been up in the air over the past year after descendants of the restaurant's namesake began accusing each other of financial misdeeds and mismanagement.

Tony Packo III is facing charges of stealing thousands of dollars from the company.
