DETROIT (AP) -- Prospective jurors have filled out a 30-page questionnaire in the case of seven people charged with trying to stir rebellion against the U.S. government.

The answers will help lawyers and Detroit federal Judge Victoria Roberts pick a jury starting Feb. 7. Roberts said Wednesday there are no right answers, just truthful ones.

Seven people are accused of belonging to a Lenawee County based militia called Hutaree. The government claims they were scheming to kill a police officer, then attack the funeral. The defense says they're guilty only of stupid speech.

One prospective juror was uncomfortable answering questions about his possession of firearms, but the judge urged him to use his best recollection.

It's possible that Joshua Clough  may testify for the government. He pleaded guilty to a gun charge in December.
