ONSTED, MICH. -- Onsted Community Bank was allegedly robbed this morning at gun point. According to the Daily Telegram's website,  the suspect is described as a white male, about 6 feet tall with a medium build, wearing a black ski mask and a tan Carhartt coat. The tellers say he pointed a gun directly at them and demanded that one of the tellers go to the vault for money. No one was injured.

Police say the suspect made the tellers lay down on the floor as he fled. Witnesses didn't see him leave in a vehicle or see which direction he went. Although the police and school administrators don't think students are in any danger, Onsted Schools have been locked down for the rest of the day as a precaution.

Police are waiting for a bank audit to find out how much money was stolen. They are reviewing the surveillance video for clues to his identity and canvassing the community for witnesses. If you have any information, you are asked to call the Cambridge Township Police at 517-467-4737.
