TOLEDO -- Daniel Sanchez is the type of offender U.S. Marshal Rodney Hartzell wants to get off the streets as quickly as he can because Sanchez represents the ugliest of the ugly side of society.

Sanchez is a convicted sex offender, Tier III. That means he is supposed to register with the sheriff every 90 days. However, upon being released from prison, Sanchez dropped out of sight and Hartzell is afraid he's back to his old ways.

"We've chased this guy to Florida. We've chased him to Michigan," said Hartzell. "Now we have word he may be in the Toledo area or possibly Fremont."
