TOLEDO -- A Toledo man is recovering Friday and another is behind bars after a central city shooting.

Shots rang out around 7:30pm Thursday night on Tecumseh Street Between Miller and Hawley Streets.

The victim, 25-year-old Steven {arker, told police he was walking down the street when a man in a car asked him for a lighter., Parker says he was shot when he walked up to the car.  He was able to walk to a carryout to get help.

A shorttime later, police stopped a car and arrested 21-year-old Tremayne Griffin.  He's behind bars in the lucas county jail.
