Tony Packo's sale remains in limbo

TOLEDO -- We will have to wait a few more weeks before a judge decides on the future of Toledo's iconic hot dog restaurant chain - Tony Packo's.

Judge Gene Zmuda set another hearing for January 26 after all parties involved in the failed sale to Bennett Management are still talking in hopes of reviving the deal.

Bob Bennett last week decided not to go forward with his decision to buy Tony Packo's after Fifth Third Bank tried to change terms of the loan during the closing.
