TOLEDO -- A January 26  trial date has been set for the former Big Boy worker accused of spiking a pot of coffee with animal medication.

36-year-old Edwin Ledgard was arrested back in December after police say he went to the Frisch's Big Boy on Secor Road and dumped vials of medication used to treat anemia in baby pigs into a pot of coffee.

No one was ever served the coffee.  If convicted Ledgard could get up to 11 years in prison.
