Tax season is once again upon us. Ohio's State Department of Taxation is now accepting 2011 state returns filed by computer or phone.

The department says electronic refunds are deposited in a taxpayer's bank about a week after filing, which is quicker than a paper return.

The state has stopped mailing paper tax forms to Ohioans to save money because 97 percent of the forms sent last year were never used.

Paper materials can still be picked up at libraries, banks and post offices.
