FINDLAY -- A locked out Cooper Tire worker has been charged with menacing a replacement worker at the Findlay factory.

According to The Findlay Courier, last month police cited Cooper employee Christopher Jones and his friend Amy Hoffer for following Bobby Sellers' vehicle too closely in an act of intimidation.

Sellers told police his vehicle was followed on December 10 at 6:30pm at speeds of up to 100 miles an hour.  Police say sellers was able to get back to his hotel room safely.  B\ut he was later assaulted in the hotel parking lot.

Investigators say Jones and Hoffer admitted to harassing Sellers.  But police are still not sure who attacked him with a baseball bat that same night.

About 1,000 unionized Cooper Tire workers have been locked out since November.
