TOLEDO -- A Lucas County judge has put off setting a trial date for two Tony Packo's officials who are charged with stealing thousands of dollars from the famous hot dog restaurant.

Tony Packo, III and Cathleen Dooley both face charges in connection to an 18 month long investigation into the theft of nearly $170,000 from the restaurant chain.

The pair pleaded not guilty on Tuesday and both remain free on their own recognizance.

The judge set a February 1 pre-trial hearing when a trial date will be set.
