NORTHWOOD -- Woodville Mall tenants have one extra week to pack up and get out, according to a judge's ruling in the Wood County Common Pleas court on Wednesday.

Mall representatives did not raise any arguments against the closure at the hearing, but manager Juanita Jones did appear to argue on behalf of the tenants.

The court forced the mall to lock up on Dec. 16 following concerns about leaks in the roof and heating issues.

Woodville's future will be determined at a later date in January. The judge's ruling does not affect The Andersons and Sears stores.
