TOLEDO -- For a lot of residents in Toledo, the leaves aren't leaving fast enough.

The city is picking up leaves "curbside".  But some people say workers seem to be taking their time.

It's the city versus mother nature. and, so far, mother nature seems to be winning.  You see them everywhere. It's so bad, some streets are down to one lane.

The mayor's spokesman says, be patient, crews will get to you. But, he admits, the city is working against the clock.
