FINDLAY -- About a dozen Cooper Tire employees spent their holiday weekend rallying outside of the company's facility in Findlay.  Over a thousand Cooper Tire workers have been locked out since November 28 after workers rejected a new contract offer.

While most people were bust with their last minute Christmas shopping, workers like James Hendricks were outside the plant holding signs demanding that Cooper Tire allow the employees to return to work.  "Well we are happy to continue to have the community's support and all we want to do is go back to work," Mr. Hendricks said.

Since the lockout Cooper Tire has been operating with temporary workers
